Oh I love these properties... What an opportunity to purchase a sweet cortijo/cave house to restore!  Situated just a few minutes from the larger towns of Seron, Tijola and Uleila del Rio the little hamlet of Raspajos is hiding a little gem of a house with lots of possibilities and could actually be habitable if you want to live there straight away!

What can I say, it needs restoring but the bones, which are in surprisingly good condition are there, including a bathroom which is quite rare!

There are a variety of rooms which include at the moment 4 bedrooms and the rooms to the back are classed as cave rooms which are reputed to maintain a constant temperature throughout the year.
