The owners have installed a 22kw solar system for their home which means constant electric over the whole house while the sun shines which it does for at least 320 days a year normally.  The batteries store enough power to run the electrical system for about 3 days before having to resort to the fitted petrol generator.  No electric bills of course - what could be better?

Outside you will find a one depth swimming pool (1.8m deep) of 8.5m x 4.5m surrounded by a tiled terrace with views to the mountains and the far reaching open countryside while lazing on your sun loungers.  To the back of the house is a landscaped area  with a central ornament surrounded in mature shrubs and an area to enjoy the view of your mountain and keep in the shade of the house on hotter days.

To the side of the pool is a very large double garage and this is where you will also find a washroom off with washer/dryer which will also stay plus the battery storage and solar board panel area.

To the front of the house are outstanding views across open countryside and there is a large area planted with matured shrubs and trees.  Currently the fields in front are being planted up with fruit trees and at the same time are being fenced at no cost to the owners which if you have dogs does decrease the area immensely that you would need to fence around the property to keep them in safely, an added bonus.
