With first-hand experience of living in Spain for the past 14 years including the restoration of our own cortijo, working in Spain and learning the language we hope to be able to take some of the strain from our clients in the pursuit of their own "dream" life abroad or in their investments.

Property Search - complete our form and let us sort the wheat from the chaff for you. Let us find you your dream property at the right price, whether it be a quick trip or longer we can organise viewings to suit YOUR needs.
Property Management - if you are not moving to Spain straight away and would like to rent your house out when you aren't using it then please contact us. We would be happy to arrange rentals, long or short term; holiday rentals as well. Meet and greet service provided if required.
Property Maintenance - not sure about renting out to anyone? Would like to know your house is being well cared for while you are away? We are only happy to arrange this for you. Daily, weekly or monthly checks can be made on your property, ensuring drains are kept clean, garden kept under control, pool maintenance, cleaning ready for your next visit so can just sit and relax with a glass of wine by the pool as soon as you arrive.
All ad hoc projects considered - want research done on a certain area in Spain?
Virtual Assistance - nearly 30 years of administrative experience as a PA/VA in both the public and private sectors. Knowledge and experience of a wide range of subjects and always interested to learn new tasks!
Even after the #Brexit vote to leave we are still offering virtual and on the ground assistance to companies and individuals in a wide range of subjects from a base in the beautiful province of Almeria (Andalucia), Southern Spain. Spanish spoken and can also offer French and German assistance if required (other languages available on request). Very interested in receiving enquiries regarding relocation to Spain, house-hunting, research, investment property, secretarial/administrative assistance while you are in Spain on holiday or on business.
